Meet Melissa, a warm and genuine psychologist passionate about supporting children, families, and individuals as they navigate life’s challenges. With experience in private practice counselling and her recent role as a CBT Care Provider in Canada, she brings a calm, gentle approach that encourages emotional growth and positive change.
Her fascination with the uniqueness of every individual guides her therapeutic work. Melissa has supported clients of all ages through anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, life transitions, and family dynamics. Her international experience has also strengthened her expertise in depression, insomnia, and ADHD, equipping her with a broad toolkit for diverse needs.
Melissa believes every family is unique and focuses on tailoring her approach to best support each individual. She values meeting families where they are, validating their efforts, and reminding parents that simply showing up and being present for their child is one of the most powerful things they can do. She creates calm, safe spaces where clients can explore and learn at a pace that fosters deeper understanding and lasting change.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys reading, spending time with loved ones, and exploring new adventures. She loves relaxing with a cup of tea, walking along the beach, and discovering new cafés for coffee and brunch.

Hi, I’m Melissa, and I’m so excited to meet you! 🌟 I became a psychologist because I love how every person’s brain works differently and find it inspiring to help kids and teens discover just how awesome they are 💙
I’ve worked with children, teens, and families for a while now, including a recent role in Canada! I especially enjoy helping with worries and anxiety, handling big emotions, and navigating life changes. What I love most is seeing kids and families grow together, finding new ways to support each other ✨
My approach is calm and supportive—I like to create a safe space where we can explore things at your pace, with no pressure or rush 🌱 Outside of work, I enjoy reading, beach walks, coffee and brunch adventures, and spending time with family and friends. One day I hope to add a dog to the mix! 🐾
Most of all, I want our time together to feel genuine and empowering. My goal is to help you see your strengths, discover new tools, and celebrate those lightbulb moments along the way 🚀
