Meet Molly, one of our warm and friendly Client Care Officers at Harrison Child & Family Clinic. With a big heart for people and a love of making others smile, she brings positive energy to the clinic and helps families feel welcomed from the moment they arrive.

With years of customer service experience, she feels right at home connecting with new clients and creating a friendly, relaxed atmosphere at the front desk. She has also worked in a hospital as a wardie, which gave her valuable experience supporting people during times when they may feel worried, unwell, or overwhelmed. This background has helped her build strong communication skills, confidence in working alongside families, and a genuine ability to listen and respond with care.

One of her favourite parts of the role is chatting with children. She loves their honesty, imagination, and the way they see the world, and enjoys making their visit feel fun through friendly smiles, positive conversations, and asking about their day or what they have coming up. She also enjoys meeting parents and noticing the little family similarities, and loves learning about the unique backgrounds and stories each family brings.

Outside of work, she enjoys beach days, adventures with her partner, and exploring new spots near the water with her dog, Sarge. She also loves drawing and listening to music in her downtime, and finds peace visiting the waterfalls at Mount Tamborine.
